I am Grateful!

Yes, these three words. It’s important to acknowledge those little things you are thankful for, which makes your life better and brings up a smile on your face. We often take these little things in our lives for granted like our relationships, education, the gifts from nature, the people who work to bring food on our plate and so many more small things. We must remind ourselves to thank god for these blessings.

Personally, I do this by maintaining my Gratitude Journal which is simply a little ruled notepad. Each morning, I write on it the three things I really appreciate that particular day. This practice is a great stress buster and fills your mind with positive vibes. Noticing all these beautiful things brings peace and calmness to your day and sparks a light of joy in your soul. I highly recommend you to start Gratitude Journaling today.

“When you focus on gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.” – Kristin Armstrong
